Office Spinner is a solo project: I set it up and still run it, servers and deployments included. It started in October 2015 as a Chrome extension in jQuery, my first extension.
The current version has Angular for the frontend, Node.js and PHP for the backend and WebSockets for the live updates between participants. Next to the extension there is a desktop app for Mac and Windows and a web version. In the Netherlands it is called Kantoor Roulette, and there is a German site as well. Participants get a weekly email with statistics and a year in review at the end of the year.
Version 4 is in development: the extension and the desktop app in React with WXT and Electron, the site and the web app in Next.js and a socket server in TypeScript with Prisma on MariaDB.
