Since 2018 I have worked as a freelancer for Cinnux, where I am the only developer. The work ranges from client apps to their own Opgelucht platform, where employees can reach their confidential advisor.
The app is built with Ionic and Angular and runs on iOS and Android. Employees chat with a counselor or confidential advisor, anonymously if they prefer, and find trainings, checklists and articles per theme.
The chat runs on a dedicated server with Socket.io. Conversations are stored encrypted, apart from the rest of the data. Operators and confidential advisors work in dashboards in Next.js, which also hold the content management. MariaDB sits underneath.
About Cinnux
Cinnux B.V. from Groningen makes digital tools for providers of Employee Assistance Programs: an in-app chat with a counselor, self-reflection modules and a dashboard with statistics. Opgelucht is its own platform, the confidential advisor in an app, where employees chat anonymously or by name with an internal or external advisor.
